For my hen's I had a pamper day with all my girls, and then we went out for a fab dinner. It was all very low key - no fanfare and nothing outrageous. But that's just how I wanted it to be. I didn't really want a big fuss - because I lived so far away from everyone (we lived in Darwin and the wedding and all the people incolved were in Adelaide) I wanted it to be relaxed and a chance to catch up.
It was great - and I was radiant on our wedding day thanks to my facial.
If I could go back, I would have worn something like this. Budget permitting. But at the time I was all about comfort and I think I wore jeans, a shirt and some basic black heels I had remembered to pack.
I did the best I could, living out of a suitcase and being slightly unhinged with wedding fever.

That sounds like the most perfect hens' night/day. A pamper session with friends.

ReplyDeleteI love how lady-like your set is, instead of hard-core party - much like i hope my hens night will be in a few months... nice set!
