Polly Dolly: Maxi Skirt-itude

This week Danimezza has asked us to consider the maxi-skirt. And when I spotted this skirt, it whisked me away to the early 19th century. So I put a modern twist on an age old style.

Makes me think of a modern age Dr Quinn...
